		I am here to serve you! Experience Have developed land Designed and built residences as well as commercial and industrial buildings Bought and sold houses and land in Germany, California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Montana and Minnesota. Owned commercial as well as industrial buildings and rentals Held real estate licenses in Arizona, Oregon and Wyoming; I am now a broker in Minnesota, Montana and North Dakota. I founded my own business "Sky Lodge Properties, Inc." in June of 2003 and now have offices in Audubon, Minnesota, Hawley, Minnesota and Red Lodge, Montana. I thought I would be used to it by now, but if you move with kids and caboodle, there is a lot to consider and a lot of responsibility. I grew up in West-Berlin, Germany and schemed all my childhood about getting out of the city. Of course, at that time it was an island… When I was 17, I made it to Hamburg and lived there happily training horses and working in management training, until I was 27. Then I ventured to the US and relocated to Sedona, Arizona. My adventurous spirit took me to Los Angeles where we started buying and selling real estate in the 70's and 80's just for ourselves. In 1985 we moved to the Oregon Coast and did some more real estate developing, while raising our four children. In the year 2000 I made my real estate license in Flagstaff, Arizona. Now we live in Red Lodge since 2002, having a lot of fun helping others to realize their dream regarding relocating into the mountains, a big ranch or small farm and as of late also lake properties in Minnesota. In 2006 we bought a 75 acres ranch in the Lakes Country SW of Detroit Lakes, which we just put on the market to free up some capital for our next adventure. About the career as a Realtor Knowing how hard it is to relocate and trying to find a Realtor that actually helps you a little and is not just out to get a commission, I decided to take up that profession and to do a better job than most. I made this website with links to the MLS, newspapers, employers, chamber of commerce, road conditions, etc. so newcomers would have an easier time. Also this profession seems to be in my blood. My grandfather was an architect in Berlin, Germany, and rebuilt East Prussia after WWI, my grandmother was a real estate broker in Berlin as well. My mom always took me to construction sites to show me where the bearing walls are, it seems to me, I am a born broker - in business since 1899 :-) Sky Lodge Properties, Inc. Member of the Red Lodge and the Detroit Lakes Chamber of Commerce Cooperates with brokers nationwide. 1% of my commission goes to the charity of my client's choice, 1% to help local or handicapped children and 1% goes into a scholarship fund for our high schoolers.

I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dreams, for the adventure of being alive. It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain! I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it or fade it or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, or to remember the limitations of being human. It doesn't interest me if the story you're telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself; if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. I want to know if you can be faithful and therefore be trustworthy. I want to know if you can see beauty even when it is not pretty every day, and if you can source your life from God's presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of a lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, "Yes!" It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done for the children. It doesn't interest me who you are, how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back. It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself, and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments. Don't Look Back ~Author unknown As you travel through life there are always those times when decisions just have to be made, when the choices are hard and solutions seem scarce and the rain seems to soak your parade! There are some situations where all you can do is to simply let go and move on, gather courage together and choose a direction that carries you toward a new dawn. So pack up your troubles and take a step forward. The process of change can be tough. But think about all the excitement ahead, if you can be stalwart enough! There could be adventures you never imagined just waiting around the next bend and wishes and dreams just about to come true in ways you can't yet comprehend! Perhaps you'll find friendships that spring from new interests, as you challenge your status quo and learn there are so many options in life, and so many ways you can grow! Perhaps you'll go places you never expected and see things that you've never seen, or travel to fabulous, faraway worlds and wonderful spots in between! Perhaps you'll find warmth, affection and caring, a "somebody special" who's there to help you stay centered and listen with interest to stories and feelings you share. Perhaps you'll find comfort in knowing your friends are supportive of all that you do and believe that whatever decisions you make, they'll be the right choices for you! So keep putting one foot in front of the other and taking your life day by day. There's a brighter tomorrow that's just down the road. Don't look back, you're not going that way!
